What counts as a website change?

Can you look after a website built elsewhere?
Often, yes. We’ll first check its platform, hosting requirements and condition, then confirm whether a care plan is suitable.
What if I need more time in a month?
We can quote separately for work above your allowance. We’ll agree the extra cost before starting.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
No. These are website care plans, with support arrangements agreed before you start. Priority Care gives priority handling, rather than a promise of round-the-clock support.
Does unused time roll over?
We’ll confirm allowance, rollover, billing and cancellation terms in your care agreement before you sign up.
